The work after the sale

Your best people
shouldn’t spend their day
chasing a date.

“Can you do Tuesday?”
“Let me check with the installer.”
“Actually, that date no longer works.”

Every sold floor starts another conversation. Between installer availability, customer schedules and material arrival, even a simple installation can become a long game of phone tag.

InstallFlow gives that conversation a clear order—and gives your team their day back.

Built for floors.
Not just appointments.

A flooring installation has moving parts. Your scheduling software should understand them.

Two days means two days.

Show the entire installation window, not just an arrival date. Your store or installer sets the duration, and customers see every workday their installation needs.

Consecutive weekdays. No weekend spillover.

Book before it arrives.

Plan around expected material arrival and your store’s buffer. Get a store-side flag when an approaching installation needs a material check.

Follow up. Then stop.

Availability reminders end when installers respond. Date-selection reminders end when customers book. Preparation reminders take it from there.

A few good questions

Before you
make the move.

Start here, or tell us how scheduling works in your store.

Ask us a question
Who is InstallFlow for?

Flooring retailers and showroom teams coordinating installation after a customer has chosen their floor. It gives the store, installer and customer a clear scheduling process, without asking the store to chase every reply.

Do installers or customers need an account?

No. Installers receive a private link to share availability, and customers receive their own link to choose an offered start date. Store employees have individual accounts for the shared workspace.

Can we book before materials arrive?

Yes. Scheduling starts from the expected material arrival date plus the buffer your store chooses. If material receipt is still outstanding close to the installation, the job is flagged for your team to review.

What happens with a two- or three-day installation?

Your store or installer sets the duration. The date picker shows the complete installation window and only offers starts that fit the required consecutive weekdays. A multi-day job cannot spill into the weekend.

When do reminders stop?

Installer availability reminders stop when dates are submitted. Customer selection reminders stop once a date is confirmed. The workflow then moves to confirmation and preparation reminders.
