This notice explains how the InstallFlow sales website handles information you choose to share.

When you contact us

We collect the name, work email, business name, installation volume, location count and message you submit. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the service and keep a record of the conversation. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

When you subscribe

When subscriptions are available, Stripe processes your payment information. InstallFlow receives subscription and billing references, payment status and the contact details needed to arrange access. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored by this website.

Website operation

We use necessary browser storage to remember the checkout you started and prevent duplicate form submissions. Our server applies limits to requests to help prevent abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics on this website.

Service providers

Hosting, database, email and payment providers may process information to deliver those services. The website is prepared for Render hosting, Resend email and Stripe payments. Information may be processed outside your province or country depending on the provider and deployment location.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiry and subscription records as needed to handle requests, operate the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your information through our contact form or at installflow@hotmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

About the application

Customer and installer information entered into the InstallFlow application is separate from enquiries submitted to this sales website. The agreement for your subscription will describe how your store and InstallFlow handle that application data.
