The service

InstallFlow helps flooring stores coordinate installer availability, customer date selection, shared calendars and scheduling emails. Your store remains responsible for its installation services, the accuracy of job information and communication preferences.

Pricing and recurring billing

When online checkout is available, the page shows the subscription price, currency and billing interval before you continue to Stripe. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. No trial or discount is included unless explicitly shown during checkout.

Starting access

Checkout payment and store activation are separate steps. After a confirmed purchase, the store setup process sends the account activation instructions to your contact email. Contact us if you need help with activation.

Managing your subscription

You can request help with billing or cancellation through our contact form. Where the billing portal is available, you can use it to manage your payment details and subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals according to the cancellation date shown in your billing account.
